Salary: £4.50 per hour

Our large client base ranges from ‘blue chip’ organisations, who rely on us to provide a complete property service, to smaller businesses which utilise just one or two areas of our expertise.
We run a Security Division, Property Management Division, Cleaning Services and Specialist Service Division and currently looking to hire someone in the office administration.
As part of the package you will also do a Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship! Learn the knowledge, skills & behaviours and develop on your skills.
The daily duties you can expect are:
Looking after Excel spreadsheets and data inputting
Booking in an appointment for the account managers and managing diaries
Email support for the customer service team
Taking customer queries, phone calls and emailing
Filing and paperwork
Ensuring the office is tidy and organised on a daily basis
Able to drive company cars (insurance provided) if necessary
Basic credit control i.e. chasing late payments
