Salary: £4.50 per hour

A Bristol-based company, serving businesses in Bristol, South Wales and along the M4 corridor. Since 1987, we have earned a reputation for providing a comprehensive range of professional property services.

Our large client base ranges from ‘blue chip’ organisations, who rely on us to provide a complete property service, to smaller businesses which utilise just one or two areas of our expertise.

We run a Security Division, Property Management Division, Cleaning Services and Specialist Service Division and currently looking to hire someone in the office administration.

As part of the package you will also do a Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship! Learn the knowledge, skills & behaviours and develop on your skills.

The daily duties you can expect are:

  • Looking after Excel spreadsheets and data inputting

  • Data Management

  • Booking in an appointment for the account managers and managing diaries

  • Email support for the customer service team

  • Taking customer queries, phone calls and emailing

  • Filing and paperwork

  • Ensuring the office is tidy and organised on a daily basis

  • Able to drive company cars (insurance provided) if necessary

  • Basic credit control i.e. chasing late payments
