The job role is varied but the main duties will include;

Identify candidates using job boards, social media.

Sales activities:

  • Developing new business by expanding the client base of both employers (clients) and candidates within our targeted industry

  • Assist with client visits


Other Duties:

  • Assist in covering desks as allocated by Branch Manager

  • Liaise with colleagues and other company departments as required

  • Provided support to Recruitment Consultants

  • Attend meetings and training as required

  • To learn the industry sectors we work in

  • Set up work stations

  • Any other duties as required

  • Being familiar with the Geography of the UK will be an advantage. (e.g the location of cities and counties)

  • Also, the attention to detail and being accurate when relaying information is essential
