The daily duties you can expect are:

  • Looking after EXCEL spreadsheets and data inputting

  • Data Management

  • Managing the company expenses and costs

  • Booking in an appointment for the account managers and managing diaries

  • Email support for the customer service team

  • Preparing Quotes

  • Ordering Stationary

  • Bookkeeping

  • Taking customer queries, phone calls and emailing

  • Filing and paperwork

  • Ensuring the office is tidy and organised on a daily basis
