Salary: £3.90 per hour

We would like to hire someone to assist with the daily running of our office, whether that's phoning employees and external contractors, or maintaining processes including payroll and accounts.

Training to be provided

  • NVQ in Business Administration Level 3/Advanced

  • Functional skills in Maths and English if required

  • Your daily tasks would include:

  • Answer emails from colleagues and workers

  • Answering the phone from colleagues and workers

  • Telephoning colleagues and workers to ask for completion of their timesheet online

  • Database cleansing

  • Meeting and greeting customers when they come in

  • Credit control, Payroll and Accounts

  • Other ad-hoc admin duties
