Job Specification:

  • Responsible for logging all issues onto internal helpdesk system

  • Providing 1st line telephone, web and email support to customers

  • Provide day-to-day general support in IT and telecommunications business

  • Managing provisioning process

  • Phone system support (3CX, Avaya, Cisco)
