Details of appointment company available on request from RBDT


– Assist with IT (e.g. sourcing PCs, setting them up, be the first point of contact for IT issues that arise)
– Ensure that all documents pass through the document managing system
– Regular auditing of the filing system and document register
– Ensuring that periodic reviews are completed on internal quality procedures
– Helping to modify or develop new internal procedures under the direction of the Quality Manager
– Developing and maintaining all branded templates
– Keeping company intranet up to date
– Issuing transmittals and putting together client issue packs
– Keeping lists of external standards
– Printing Drawings and Managing Working Copies and Stamping

Essential skills:
– Excellent IT skills
– Good knowledge of Word and Excel (training may be provided for the right candidate)
– Good attention to detail
– Good organisational skills
– Proactive and willing to learn new skills
– Good interpersonal skills

Other Desirable Skills (not essential but would widen personal development opportunity)
– IT system knowledge
– Administration experience
– Driving Licence &amp; own car
