Our employer is an established contractor services provider, running both a successful Umbrella Company and Limited Company accountancy services for contractors who operate via our recruitment agency partners.
We are currently looking to recruit into our Inbound Sales Team
– Data entry, inputting new starter information into company CRM
– Speaking to new clients on the phone to discuss services and obtain details for sign up
– Processing details in an accurate and timely way
– Working closely with other internal teams to ensure smooth set up of new clients
– Speaking to new customers and agency partners to deal with new and on-going queries
– Supporting the rest of the team throughout busy periods or absence
– Producing pay examples for workers, based on HMRC tax system
– Learning about different elements of employment around contracts, tax, pensions, attachment orders and other things that can affect a worker’s payments
– Opportunity to move into Account Management looking after designated agency partners as main point of contact
– Opportunity to learn more about the Accountancy side of the business and run illustrative tax figures for self-employed contractors
We are looking for someone with a keen eye for detail, and alongside administrative duties there is a strong focus on customer service within the role.
Desired Experience (but not essential):
– Experience in data entry / data administration
– Phone experience in a customer service based environment
