As an apprentice, you will become involved in the business administration, this will be varied and include database work and special projects. Strong communication skills are key, you should have a good level of written English, be enthusiastic, keen to learn and have a real sense of reliability. You will be a key part of the business supporting the day to day operation and helping Recruitment Consultants identify the best Legal talent nationally.

The job role is varied but the main duties will include;

Identify candidates using job boards, social media.


Sales activities:

  • Developing new business by expanding the client base of both employers (clients) and candidates within our targeted industry

  • Assist with client visits

Other Duties:

  • Assist in covering desks as allocated by Branch Manager

  • Liaise with colleagues and other company departments as required

  • Provided support to Recruitment Consultants

  • Attend meetings and training as required

  • To learn the industry sectors we work in

  • Set up work stations

Any other duties as required.        

Being familiar with the Geography of the UK will be an advantage. (e.g the location of cities and counties)

Also, the attention to detail and being accurate when relaying information is essential.
