Salary: £5.50 per hour

Are you looking for a fantastic opportunity to join a busy retailer and ensure the highest level of customer service is met when handling queries and maintaining motorhomes.

Are you also looking to undertake an apprenticeship in order to develop your skills and progress in your career?

Within this placement, you would undertake a Level 2 Customer Service apprenticeship and gain transferable knowledge, skills and behaviours by on-the-job training methods and off-the-job workshops at our training academy.

An outline of the duties you could expect in this role:

·         Ensuring vehicles are presentable and clean

·         Knowledge and understanding of sales materials

·         Knowledge and understanding of costs

·         Understanding the computer systems for enquiries

·         Being able to answer questions face to face and over the phone

·         Some enthusiasm for marketing as well

Personal qualities:

·         Good communication skills

·         Presentable

·         An enthusiasm for Caravans and Motorhomes would be a plus!
