Join a Telecommunication and IT services company to proactively support the Office Manager by managing the day to day customer service experience and administrative duties. The successful candidate will have an important role to play by supporting our business customers in line with the growth plans for the company.

Training to be provided

  • Business Administration NVQ level 3

  • Functional skills if required

  • As an office junior your roles may include:

  • Answering customer phones calls and queries and meeting customer expectation and needs in line with the business objectives

  • Using tools to help identify customer problems

  • Managing and updating the company database and CRM system

  • Emailing customer and suppliers daily in order to meet the business needs

  • General administration duties such as emailing between teams and supporting the team and daily office duties

  • Confident with IT and Microsoft packages

  • Order processing from supplier portals for new equipment eg phones, SIM cards, routers etc

  • Fixing faults and problem solving for current clients and customers

  • Ensuring that mobile phone data cost alerts are communicated efficiently and timely to internal and external stakeholders
