Salary: £4.50 per hour

This role will be an integral part of supporting the whole of the company with primarily administration skills. You should be able to demonstrate good organisational skills in order to complete the task within the time frame and to a high level of accuracy. This will be a varied role in a busy office environment.

  • Assisting in the preparation of quotations

  • Assisting in the preparation of Health & Safety documentation

  • Collating project file

  • Diary management

  • Ordering materials

  • Organising travel and accommodation

  • Organising plant hire

  • Ownership of the training matrix

  • Maintaining a labour planner

  • Collation of data

  • General correspondence

  • Any ad-hoc office duties required by Office Manager
